Daniel Dybała
PRESIDENT
Daniel Dybała is one of the founders of the Qatar-Poland Business Council and currently serves as its President and Chairman. Daniel’s career in finance began in 2004 when he started working on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for a group of currency and interest rate options traders. Just a few years later he became one of the youngest options traders and members of the Chicago Board of Trade. Over time, his proprietary trading and volatility portfolio management group evolved to become a very active participant on several top world derivatives exchanges.
Daniel studied business information systems at DeVry University in Chicago and later on completed numerous executive level programs on several prestigious universities: National University of Singapore, Yale University School of Management, University of Chicago Booth School of Business , Harvard Business School as well as MIT Sloan. Aside from his active involvement in world commodity markets, Daniel is a private investor and member in several international organizations. He is a lifetime member in the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), as well as a regular member in the American Statistical and National Futures Associations.
Daniel is an avid practitioner of martials arts, most notably karate Kyokushin as well as Brazilian ju jitsu. He’s been to over 70 countries and is a big fan of Ray Dalio’s Principles.


Paweł Kułaga
CHAIRMAN
Paweł gained his professional experience in top law firms, legal departments of international enterprises, and management boards of companies in the HR sector.
He graduated as a lawyer from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and continued his education with postgraduate and Ph.D. studies at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He is a scholarship holder at Tulane University in New Orleans and the University of Cambridge. Paweł is a member of the Council and Chairman of the Committee on Migration and Employment at the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.
He is also a member of the Polish-Asian Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the European Labor Mobility Institute. Paweł is the managing partner at Clearwater International Group LLC (Qatar, US).
Zaki Salem Aboukamar
BOARD MEMBER
Zaki Aboukamar is an accomplished businessman with more than 40 years of experience in numerous industries with a particular focus on power, oil, and gas. He is an executive at Nice Technical Services&Trading, an official distributor of many international brands which the company has introduced to the Qatari market.


Sebastian Gruszka
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Sebastian Gruszka is the Business Development Manager at the Qatar-Poland Business Council responsible for contacting companies from Poland and the European Union and connecting them with business partners in Qatar and the GCC. He also owns T4E automation companies in Poland and Bulgaria. Sebastian is a member of BESCO, an organization bringing together IT companies from the Balkans. A law school graduate, he is currently mostly dealing with the combination of business, IT, and automation.

Tomasz Sadziński
MAECENAS
Head of Section, Africa and Middle East Markets, Economic Cooperation Departament at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. Former Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha. Member of the Polish foreign service since 2003 with over 8 years of experience in the Gulf region (Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar). Focusing on international security cooperation, the Gulf countries' internal politics, energy security, political & economic analysis, strategic planning, and risk management. Graduate of University of Warsaw (2003, 2011), Diplomatic Academy in Warsaw (2005), and University of Oxford (Pembroke, 2012).

Maciej Kubicki
MAECENAS
Maciej Kubicki worked in Doha between 2012 and 2019, therefore, was the longest-serving Polish diplomat in the State of Qatar. As a Deputy Ambassador and Chargé d’Affaires, he was involved in the visit of the Polish President to Qatar in 2013 and the Qatari Emir to Poland in 2017. Before assuming his duties in Qatar Maciej’s assignments included Poland’s embassies in Wellington (New Zealand) and Tripoli (Libya). Currently, Maciej is the head of the Three Seas Secretariat which is a part of the International Policy Bureau at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. Maciej is a graduate of Political Science, English Literature, and International Trade at the University of Gdansk.
